It began in a city far from the Sicilian coast, but the spark was unmistakably Mediterranean. A chance encounter that turned into the journey of a life time.

Love at first sight.
The Beginning
It started quietly and unexpectedly- the way all lasting stories do. There was no grand plan or introduction, just two people whose paths crossed at the right moment that started our journey together.
On a sunny but chilly day overlooking the beaches in Ft. Lauderdale, Chris had arranged a business lunch with Eddie, his soon to be brother in law. As the lunch was on the weekend, Eddie had asked if he could also bring his family which was promptly agreed to.
Eddie, Allie and Baby Enzo arrived for lunch on time and indicated that they may be expecting one more – Ashley, Allies sister – however they were not sure if and when she would attend.
Not thinking much about it, lunch continued with great company, great food and an amazing view, all of which was promptly disrupted when in the distance Chris noticed a beautiful woman adorned in a white dress approaching the table, fashionably late but stunning and worth the wait.
Quick introductions were made and conversations continued….Conversation between Ashley and Chris came easily and laughter followed naturally.
Before long, lunch was coming to an end and the familiar turned into something more that neither of us wanted to let go of. Chris promptly asked Ashley on a date for the next day, which she accepted with no expectations or thinking much would come of it.
Falling in Love
Ours was the kind of love that unfolded slowly. like pages in a well-loved novel. Long drives, unhurried dinners, and endless talks about everything and nothing at all. There was a calmness to it – the rare kind that feels both certain and new at the same time. We built a rhythm together. one that’s still steady to this day.
The Proposal
On a day that seemed beautifully ordinary. everything changed. There were no elaborate plans, no audience – just us. A quiet moment, a question, and a feeling that words couldn’t quite capture. It was simple and sincere. exactly the way it was meant to be.
The Life We've Built
In the years that followed, we found home not in a place. but in each other. Through changing seasons. new beginnings, and all the small. steady moments in between, our story became less about where we were going and more about who we were becoming – together.
The Next Chapter
Now, as we prepare to say I do. we’re grateful for every twist, turn, and quiet moment that brought us here. Surrounded by the people we love most. we can’t wait to celebrate not just our wedding day. but the life we’ve been building all along – timeless, effortless, and entirely ours.
